The program consists of 4 simple steps.

MedHelper will support you with an awareness and marketing campaign to onboard your employees. A series of emails and a webinar will educate employees. A "1-click" call to action allows them to easily schedule their 1st consultation.

2 - Clinical Pharmacist Consultation

2 - Clinical Pharmacist Consultation

Employees meet virtually with a clinician pharmacist to pass through an in-depth review of their medications and establish goals to optimize their health. The clinician pharmacist will make the necessary recommendations to optimize the employees care plan (dose changes, addition or removal or medication, etc.). A follow-up consultation will be scheduled in 6 months (or sooner for more complex cases).

3 - MedHelper mobile app for engagement

3 - MedHelper mobile app for engagement

The employee will receive the MedHelper app pre-loaded with their care plan. Reminders and alarms are already activated to encourage care plan adherence.

4 - Post-consultation support

Ongoing support is provided to employees in the MedHelper mobile app. If required they can request an "on-demand" consultation (within 48 hours) to address questions or concerns.
