All MedHelper and My Active Health users can delete their account from the application by following the steps below:
- Open the MedHelper or My Active Health app
- Tap the Menu icon (top left)
- Tap on My Account
- Scroll down and tap on the “Request Account Deletion” button
- You will see a confirmation modal
- Tap on the “Accept” button
- Your account will automatically be deleted
If you are unable to perform the account deletion you can request you account be deleted by submitting a request here.
